Trouble Finding Niches & Offers?

Hey,

One of the most frequent questions that I hear is people having trouble finding suitable niches, keywords and even offers to promote.

I personally feel that the easiest way to find niches and offers is to simply use keyword modifiers in your query (just drop these into your favorite keyword tool).

Keyword Modifiers would be words like:

Cure
Get Rid Of
How To
Stop
Buy
etc.

Once you find some suitable niches with a decent amount of searches, just go to Google and search using each of these keywords and see what people are offering (using PPC).
